The Criminal underground
When laws are introduced, there will always be law breakers. We oocly encourage criminals and those interested in breaking rules. All types of restricted behavior, abilities, and tools are still obtainable through the criminal underground of Roanoke. Knowingly becoming a part of the criminal underground puts you at a level of conflict which you must accept within reason(death is optional in all cases). If interested in joining the underground, we suggest hanging out in criminally associated locations or joining the (insert criminal faction name here) faction.
